An intentionally designed invitation suite can really set the tone for the day. And Lee Ann and Greg's spring color palette is sure to make your head turn. From the bright orange to the electric cobalt blue with pops of maroon and deep purples. We accented this mix with lilac, coral peonies, and lavender delphinium. A flatlay that has our hearts.
The lace detailing on Lee Ann's dress was immaculate and her cathedral length veil was a true showstopper. She asked for her bridal bouquet to be all different shades of purple - a request that we are obsesssssssssed with. Deep purple vanda orchids, coral peonies, lavander sweet peas, and romantic roses made up her bouquet. We also included yellow oncidium orchids and some yellow spray roses to add some brightness!
Stepping into the ceremony space, guests were greeted with a super fun and lush ground spray growing up to their welcome sign. One of our favorite details was the welcome glass of champagne each guests received as they made their way to their seats complete with edible flowers on top! The aisle and altar moment could only be that of a dream. Puffy purple allium, blue delphinium, spring ranunculus, and bright pink roses made up these wildflower beauties. Six of the sprays were grounded on either side of the aisle. The other two marked the beginning of the aisle, guiding guests along the way. The aisle was completely enveloped in pink floyd rose petals. The contrast in petal color against the ivory ceremony chairs and the red rock surroundings was absolutely breathtaking. UGH the drama. Two asymetrical floral pillars growing up from the ground created a nautral frame for the altar. It was vibrant. It was intimate. And Lee Ann and Greg were glowing.
After the ceremony, guests were taken to the cocktail space complete with a beautiful lounge area and some of my favorite cocktail table linens I have ever seen. We added a few bud vases and the cutest purple votive candles to supplement each high top and lounge area. One of the most magical moments from this day was the seating chart. A beautiful wooden backdrop adorned with a planter box of spring wildflowers for every table. Side note - it also lights up at night so there's that.
The guest tables for dinner were covered with luxurious wilflower runners flowing the length of each table. Placesettings featured blush tinted glassware and gold accents all with the gorgeous backdrop of the river. Lee Ann and Greg's half moon sweetheart table stole the show with repurposed floor sprays growing up from the ground surrounding them in blooms. The night continued with sweet speeches, celebrating, and lots of dancing. Lee Ann and Greg knew each other for 32 years before they started dating. You can see the love 32 theme all throughout their special day. Love knows no age or time and we are honored to have been apart of Lee Ann and Greg's story. Congratulations!!
